【摘要】:Itisessentialtosamplesteamrepresentativelyinordertodeterminetheamountofallimpurities(dissolvedchemicals,solidparticles,chemicalsabsorbedonsolidparticles,waterdroplets)init(1).3Anaccuratemeasureofthepurityofsteamprovidesinformation,whichmaybeusedtodeterminewhetherthepurityofthesteamiswithinnecessarylimitstopreventdamageordeterioration(corrosion,solidparticleerosion,flow-acceleratedcorrosion,anddepositbuildup)ofdownstreamequipment,suchasturbines.Impuritiesinthesteammaybederivedfromboilerwatercarryover,inefficientsteamseparators,naturalsaltsolubilityinthesteamandotherfactors.Themostcommonlyspecifiedandanalyzedparametersaresodium,silica,iron,copper,andcationconductivity.1.1Thispracticecoversthesamplingofsaturatedandsuperheatedsteam.Itisapplicabletosteamproducedinfossilfiredandnuclearboilersorbyanyotherprocessmeansthatisatapressuresufficientlyaboveatmospherictoestablishtheflowofarepresentativesample.Itisalsoapplicabletosteamatlowerandsubatmosphericpressuresforwhichmeansmustbeprovidedtoestablishrepresentativeflow.1.2Forinformationonspecializedsamplingequipment,testsormethodsofanalysis,referenceshouldbemadetotheAnnualBookofASTMStandards,Vols11.01and11.02,relatingtowater.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
