【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiestheessentialsafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstruc-tionofthermoformingmachines,forcontinuoussheetandsinglesheets,ofalltypes.Significanthazardsarelistedinclause4andspecificsafetyrequirementsand/ormeas-uresarelistedinclause5.Athermoformingmachinemayconsistofoneormoreunitslinkedtogether.Thisstan-dardcoversthefollowingunits:-continuoussheetunwindunit-singlesheetfeedunit-materialintake-conveyingequipment-heatingunit-preheatingunit-edgeheatingunit-formingstation-finishingstation-stackingstation-dischargestation-residualsheetwindingunit-sheetcuttingunit.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytounitsmountedupstreamordownstreamofthethermo-formingmachineand-whichhaveaseparatecontroland/or-arelocatedseparatelyand/or-havetheirownmaterialintakeThisstandarddoesnotapplytounitswhichareintegratedintoform,fillandsealma-chines.ThesearecoveredinprEN415-3:1996.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytounitswhichincorporateheatingsystemswhicharefu-elledbygas.ThisstandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCEN.
