【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribes,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometrictests,machiningtestsandtestsforaccuracyandrepeatabilityofnumerically-controlledpositioningaxesongeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracyturretandsinglespindleautomaticlathes.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThisInternationalStandardappliesonlytolatheswithamulti-toolturret.Thisturretcanbemanuallyindexed,semi-automaticallyindexedbymotionoftheturretslideorautomaticallyindexedbyanindependentcontrolincludingnumericalcontrol.Latheswithslidingheadstockareexcludedfromthescope,butlatheswithnumericalcontrolareincludedasfarasthecontentsofthisInternationalStandardareapplicable.ThisInternationalStandarddealsonlywiththeverificationofaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytotheoperationaltestingofthemachine(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.)assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.

【摘要】:Theresultsobtainedbythistestareausefulguidelineindeterminingtheabilityofwaterdilutedmetalworkingfluidstopreventorminimizerustunderspecificconditions.Thereisusuallyarelationshipbetweentheresultsofthistestandasimilarabilityofthesubjectcoolanttopreventrustonnestedpartsorindrilledholescontainingchips,etc.Itmustbeunderstood,however,thatconditions,metaltypes,etc.foundinpracticewillnotcorrelatequantitativelywiththesecontrolledlaboratoryconditions.Theproceduremaynotbeabletodifferentiatebetweentwoproductswithpoorrustcontrolduetothewidespacingbetweentestdilutions.1.1Thistestmethodcoversevaluationoftheferrouscorrosioncontrolcharacteristicsofwater-dilutablemetalworkingfluids.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesreforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
