【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60216specifiesthegeneralageingconditionsandprocedurestobeusedforderivingthermalendurancecharacteristicsandgivesguidanceinusingthedetailedinstructionsandguidelinesintheotherpartsofthestandard.Simplifiedproceduresarealsogiven,withtheconditionsunderwhichtheseproceduresmaybeused.Althoughoriginallydevelopedforusewithelectricalinsulatingmaterialsandsimplecombinationsofsuchmaterials,theproceduresareconsideredtobeofmoregeneralapplicabilityandarewidelyusedintheassessmentofmaterialsnotintendedforuseaselectricalinsulation.Intheapplicationofthisstandard,itisassumedthatapracticallylinearrelationshipexistsbetweenthelogarithmofthetimerequiredtocausethepredeterminedpropertychangeandthereciprocalofthecorrespondingabsolutetemperature(Arrheniusrelationship).Forthevalidapplicationofthestandard,notransition,inparticularnofirst-ordertransition,shouldoccurinthetemperaturerangeunderstudy.Throughouttherestofthisstandardtheterm”insulatingmaterials”isalwaystakentomean”insulatingmaterialsandsimplecombinationsofsuchmaterials”.

【摘要】:Informationonthevaporpressuresofliquefiedpetroleumgasispertinenttoselectionofproperlydesignedstoragevessels,shippingcontainers,andcustomerutilizationequipmenttoensuresafehandlingoftheseproducts.Determinationofthevaporpressureofliquefiedpetroleumgasisimportantforsafetyreasonstoensurethatthemaximumoperatingdesignpressuresofstorage,handling,andfuelsystemswillnotbeexceededundernormaloperatingtemperatureconditions.Forliquefiedpetroleumgases,vaporpressurecanbeconsideredasemi-quantitativemeasureoftheamountofthemostvolatilematerialpresentintheproduct.Thistestmethodusesasmallsamplevolumeandexcludesanymanualhandlingofameasuringchamberunderhighpressure.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheuseofautomaticvaporpressureinstrumentstodeterminethevaporpressureofliquefiedpetroleumgasproductsatatemperatureof37.8176;C,vaportoliquidratioof0.5:1,andpressuresfrom200to1550kPaonasamplevolumeof3.33mL.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofvaporpressuresofliquefiedpetroleumgasproductsattemperaturesfrom37.8to70176;C,vaportoliquidratiosof0.1:1to4:1,andpressuresupto3500kPa;however,theprecisionofthetestmethod(seeSection15)hasonlybeendeterminedforavaportoliquidratioof0.5:1,atatemperatureof37.8176;C,andapressurerangefrom300to1500kPa.Note18212;ThistestmethodisnotintendedtodeterminethetruevaporpressureofLPGsamples,butratherdetermineandreportthevaporpressureofLPGatthe37.8176;Ctemperatureand0.5:1vaportoliquidratioastheTestMethodD1267method.Note28212;Thistestmethodisnotatruevaporpressuremethodandwillnotmeasurethefullcontributionfromanydissolvedgasessuchasnitrogenorheliumiftheyarepresent.Thecontributionoflightgasestothemeasuredvaporpressureishighlydependentonthetesttemperature,typeofgas,andV/Lratioofthetest.AtaskgrouphasbeenformedtodetermineorquantifytheeffectthatthecontributionoflightgaseshaveonthemeasuredvaporpressureofLPGsampletypesasafunctionofthetesttemperature,typeofgas,andV/Lratioofthetest.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeAppendixX2.
