【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversagroupofcommonrequirementsthat,unlessotherwisespecifiedinanindividualspecification,shallapplytoferroalloysandotheralloyingmaterialsundereachofthefollowingASTMspecifications:1.2Thisspecificationalsocoversagroupofsupplementaryrequirementswhichmaybeappliedtotheabovespecificationsasindicatedtherein.Theseareprovidedforusewhenadditionaltestingorinspectionisdesiredandapplyonlywhenspecifiedindividuallybythepurchaserintheorder.1.3Incaseofconflictbetweentherequirementsoftheindividualspecificationandthisgeneralspecification,theformershallprevail.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
