【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversahighperformanceliquidchromatographictestmethodforthedeterminationofmono-aromaticanddi-aromatichydrocarboncontentsinaviationkerosinesandpetroleumdistillatesboilingintherangefrom50to300?C,suchasJetAorJetA-1fuels.Thetotalaromaticcontentiscalculatedfromthesumoftheindividualaromatichydrocarbon-types.Note1-Sampleswithafinalboilingpointgreaterthan300?Cthatcontaintri-aromaticandhigherpolycyclicaromaticcompoundsarenotdeterminedbythistestmethodandshouldbeanalyzedbyTestMethodD6591orothersuitableequivalenttestmethods.Thistestmethodiscalibratedfordistillatescontainingfrom10to25%m/mmono-aromatichydrocarbonsandfrom0to7%m/mdi-aromatichydrocarbons.Theprecisionofthistestmethodhasbeenestablishedforkerosineboilingrangedistillatescontainingfrom10to25%m/mmono-aromatichydrocarbonsandfrom0to7%m/mdi-aromatichydrocarbons.Compoundscontainingsulfur,nitrogen,andoxygenarepossibleinterferents.Mono-alkenesdonotinterfere,butconjugateddi-andpoly-alkenes,ifpresent,arepossibleinterferents.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
